of Use
1. About these Terms
These Terms apply when you use a candidate portal, recruitment call, interview, assessment, scheduling page or related candidate feature provided by Talliant Automation Private Limited ("Talliant") for the organization identified in your invitation (the Hiring Organization).
Acceptance of these Terms is separate from acknowledgement of the Candidate Privacy Policy and from any recording, liveness, future-opportunity or optional communication choice.
2. Your application and access
Use the service only for your own authorized application unless an approved accommodation permits assistance. You agree to:
- provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- protect invitations, access links and authentication details;
- follow the assessment rules explained before the relevant session;
- avoid impersonation, unauthorized assistance or deliberate interference; and
- promptly report an incorrect identity, role, Hiring Organization, schedule or assessment stage.
Do not forward a private assessment or booking link. If you believe a link was exposed, request a replacement through the displayed support route.
3. AI-assisted recruitment features
The service may support resume analysis, role matching, AI-assisted calls or interviews, transcription, questions, summaries, scores, integrity signals, insights or recommendations.
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. The Hiring Organization is responsible for the recruitment process and employment decisions. Some workflow progression or communications may occur automatically when configured; Talliant does not promise that every event is reviewed by a person.
You may contact the Hiring Organization to correct material information or request an appropriate review of a significant outcome where applicable.
4. Recording, camera, microphone and transcription
If a session uses audio/video recording, camera, microphone or transcription, the relevant screen should explain the purpose, information captured, required or optional status, access, provider categories, retention, consequences of declining and available alternatives before capture starts.
An active recording indicator should remain visible. Do not continue if the screen shows the wrong Hiring Organization, candidate, role or assessment stage; use the displayed support route.
5. Selfie, liveness, screen sharing and integrity features
If a workflow uses selfie/liveness, screen sharing, proctoring or another integrity feature, a separate notice should explain what is collected or derived and whether facial or biometric matching is involved.
Integrity indicators are signals for appropriate review and are not automatically proof of misconduct. You should be able to report technical failures or relevant circumstances.
Where possible, close unrelated personal or confidential content before an approved screen-sharing session. Use only the sharing scope requested by the application.
6. Accessibility, accommodation and technical problems
Contact the Hiring Organization or the support route displayed in your invitation if you need a reasonable accommodation, accessible format, reschedule, retry or available alternative process.
A verified technical failure or accommodation request should not by itself be treated as candidate misconduct. Alternative availability may depend on the Hiring Organization and the nature of the assessment.
7. Candidate content
You retain your rights in your resume, responses and submitted work. You permit the Hiring Organization and Talliant to handle that content only as needed for the relevant recruitment process, service operation and applicable legal obligations, subject to the Candidate Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
Broader product-improvement, benchmarking or model-training use requires a separately approved purpose, legal basis and notice.
Do not submit another person’s confidential, proprietary or personal information unless you are authorized and it is necessary for the assessment.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- attempt to access another candidate’s, customer’s or recruiter’s information;
- exploit, probe or bypass platform security without written authorization;
- use another person, automated tool or hidden assistance where the disclosed assessment rules prohibit it;
- copy or publish confidential assessment content without authorization;
- upload malicious content; or
- harass or threaten people through the service.
Nothing in this section prevents a good-faith privacy, accessibility or security report through the approved route.
9. No employment guarantee
Use of Talliant, completion of an assessment, or receipt of a score, ranking, progression message or recommendation does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment. The Hiring Organization controls the recruitment opportunity and should answer application-specific questions.
10. Availability and session recovery
Internet, device or provider failures may affect a session. The interface should provide a safe retry, support or reschedule route. Talliant and the Hiring Organization should distinguish a failed attempt from a later completed assessment and should not alter completed stage history to repair a different stage.
11. Privacy
Read the Candidate Privacy Policy before participating. The assessment screen may provide additional just-in-time information. Accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to every data-processing purpose.
12. Suspension
Access may be paused where reasonably necessary to address suspected unauthorized use, security risk or a material breach. The Hiring Organization should use an appropriate review process before treating an automated integrity signal as misconduct.
13. Applicable rights
These Terms operate subject to applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Application-specific employment questions should be directed to the Hiring Organization.
14. Contact
- Application, outcome or accommodation: the Hiring Organization identified in the invitation.
- Technical support: the route displayed in the portal, invitation or assessment.

15. Changes
The current version and effective date will be displayed here. A material change affecting an active assessment should be communicated before it applies where required.
